Founded in 1933, The Minnesota Corrections Association (MCA) is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit membership serving corrections professionals throughout the State of Minnesota. Our Mission: To promote the professional development of individuals working in all aspects of the corrections field and to promote ethical and just correctional practice.
